In the IE Win case this refers to a page on your server:

<PARAM NAME=movie VALUE="/webmonkey/98/25/stuff1a/tut_wsound.swf">


For all other browsers they have the complete path:

<EMBED

SRC="http://www.hotwired.com/webmonkey/98/25/stuff1a/tut_wsound.swf"


So you need to give the complete path such as :


<PARAM NAME=movie

VALUE="http://www.hotwired.com/webmonkey/98/25/stuff1a/tut_wsound.swf">
