So Flash 4 has the benefit of the small files and quality of MP3?

So, you could then, use a redirect sequence in Flash 4 and send them to
different quality of .swf files? Sort of like having a low res version
of images in html?

Or is it better just to have the user pick their connections speed, like
I have seen on many QT sites?
