RE: FLASH: Do I have to get FLASH 4?

Hi I was just looking at Nike's moviemaker http://www.nike.com/moviemaker/

and it was made with director for sure.  Can something similar be made with

FLASH 4 now?  Oh and by the way I finally got FLASH 4.. yipeeee... send all

the info I can get about FLASH 4!!
