FLASH: Flash: Missing Letters In Scripted Clips

Hi again everybody.  Sorry for filling up your mail boxes

over the past 2 days.   I have another question.  How come

when I animate some text using action script, it seems that

some letters are missing while running the movie.


To me, it seems like it could be different letters for different

fonts.  I'm making sure "Include all font outlines" is checked

because I've noticed that if I don't leave that checked, the letters

don't animate... They just pop into place, but that's a whole 'nother

worry for a whole 'nother day.


If any of you want to see a simple sample of what I'm talking

about, I uploaded a .zip file at www.emailajoke.com/_missing_letters.zip


Now, that just animates the words "Bring It On" in _serif font.  Now if

I change that font to, well, just try a couple of different ones in the

Letters

MC in the Library and you'll see.
