This is a directive to the browser. Standard procedure is for the browser
*NOT* to put the viewed page into the cache (file or memory). This means
that all trace of the page will disappear once you close the window or open
another URL in the window. Changing the window's dimensions might even
affect this, as I've noticed that under some circumstances window resizing
causes the data to be reloaded.

P.S. is "randomE" really the function's name? My programming background's
more accustomed to random and ran, and the like.
