In the end, the truth will show: Adobe cannot keep up with Flash with their
DeadMotion program so their only recourse is to throw in a bunch of red tape
to slow Flash down. Nothing more. Tabbed palettes were just the convenient
item to pick on. Notice that Adobe didn't halt Flash 4 from coming out and
why not? Because they had nothing to compete with it. Now they have an
excuse for trying to slow down Flash 5.

Don't need to be a lawyer to see this one coming.
