Now this is getting interesting. A class action suit? That along with a
boycott of select Adobe products should send a strong message. Still... I
would guess that a very large portion of Adobe revenue comes from the print
industry and they probably don't care about what happens to MM since they
don't have a need for their products.

Perhaps a petition of descent that could be forwarded to Adobe is the next
logical step? If they get a clear idea how many customers they are pissing
off, then "maybe" they will take another look to see if the suit is worth
it.
