It's hard to tell from here, but one thing you may consider doing is asking
those crashing browsers whether they can see other Macromedia Flash sites
normally... whether they can type your link into their current browser and
see your site normally... isolate parts of the problem like this.

Sidenote: I'm seeing a rapid increase in posts about sending email with
embedded rich-media content. Note that not all emailers support this, and
as a matter of fact pushing even simple HTML documents through email is
highly controversial. Pushing SWFs onto people who may not be expecting
them is outside of Flash's range of intended purposes... terra incognita.
