FLASH: Video effect,h ow did they do that? Newbie Needs HELP

On several sites including http://www.the-control-group.com/ I can tell

they've taken video footage and somehow brought it into the computer and

done "something" with it to get a very fluid and cool look to the footage in

flash.


Can anyone point me to any sites with instructions on how to do this? Also,

what is this effect called?


I've got a DV camera and a complete digital editing video suite so I'd think

that I'd be able to do this, but I don't even know where to start.
