Well, I finally got through to tech support at MM and the tech guy
told me to turn off my extensions and try running the installer.
Unfortunately, the installer seems to be an extension so that didn't
work. Must've been a PC guy.

After trying the installer - extensions on, of course - a few more
times I got this error message:

"A server error (1116) has occured while authenticating. Please make
a note of this error code and contact Macromedia.

You have reached your maximum install count!"

Huh? I haven't even installed it once! What gives? I'll reserve
further comment on the installer... for now.

What now? I wanna get this Flash 5 thing up and runnin'.
