Actually, each purchase and upgrade includes complementary one-on-one
private support, by phone or by email. There are extended support options
beyond that.

As you might expect, we get a huge rush of calls at release... even just a
0.01% call rate on installation alone would be staggering, and then there
are the "How does XML work?" calls. ;-) During the next few weeks it's
often faster to pull most info than to push a private request, but
absolutely, if the tool isn't even starting for you then we've got to make
it right for you. More info about support access points is in the ReadMe
