FLASH: Saving to a txt file?

Flashers...


As it is possible to use an external text file to display its contents in a

text field in Flash...Is it possible to send text information from with a

text field in Flash, back to that .txt file or another .txt file or even

save a new .txt file therefore self updating? If so, can somebody tell me

how, or show me where I can find out.
