I had already receive a message containing flash swf file (not a projector), and it plays in the messenger.
Without being a specialist I'm suspecting that messenger displays Html doc as html doc.
So only people who have a mail client that can read html and have flash plugin would see the flash when openning
the mail.
If not It seams difficult to me to send an autolaunching projector, it should be possible, some viruses do.
But the trouble for me is that you don't know on what platform your projector will be read !

 My customer wants to send presentations via e-mail to his clients, building a projector and attaching it to the e-mail seems the best way, and he likes what we have done for him. The only problem is that he wants the attachment to run on being clicked.
