FLASH: Basic Flash Building

Hi

 

Could someone tell me how to build a site like the following.

 

An intro

a welcome page with buttons to 6 other pages

 

I would like an animation to occur when you press one of the buttons

to goto a new page. And when leaving a page.

 

How would you build this, using scenes? One movie og more, or

using several movie clips?
