Not sure about your first question. As for the second, you can use If Frame
Is Loaded (Frame label: menu), GoTo and Play (Frame label: menu). If the
visitor already has the movie in cache, this should bypass the intro. But
it may be simpler to open the other website in a new window, avoiding the
need to reload your Flash movie and also eliminating complications if you
are using other If Frame Is Loaded commands in the beginning of the Flash
movie.
