Hi Steven,
You need to set your HTML so that Loop="False"
Second, you should either set Play="False" or put a stop action in
frame 1 (or both). See Luiz's toggle button Tutorial under buttons at
the Flash Tech Resource.
Also you have the path set incorrectly in the second movie for Flash
but not for FlashJava, at least the file is not where you have pointed
to.
