I think this is what you want:
Before publishing the .fla as anything, in the first frame, put an
action. Use fs Command, and at the right side on the bottom of the
action properties box, you will see a pull down "for standalone player",
pull that down to "show menu" and then in the 2nd text box, put "false".
Then publish it as an .exe. Hopefully this will give you the results you want!
