Judith,
I have no solution but a couple of suggestions.
I checked your site, and the same happened on this end. So you can
rule out anything concerning cache.
I would check the following:
What happens when you load the URL's straight in a browser window,
are they OK?
What happens when you target the contact button to one of the other
URL's?
What happens when you target the misbehaving buttons to the
'contact'-URL?
Maybe this helps to pinpoint your problem.
