Matthias,

You could do that, but it wouldn't make the flash movie be transparent,
if that's what you're going for. It would make the background whatever
the movie's background color is set to (under Modify->Movie, Background
Color; the default is white). You would be able to see through the
background image, yes, but not the movie.
