I downloaded it this morning and put an alias of my Netscape plug-ins in the
iCab folder, and now iCab handles Flash! The JavaScript isn't running quite
right, but that's ok since their isn't full JS implementation.

There is also a nice feature in the "browser" portion of the preferences
that allows you to set the browser identity to either iCab, Netscape, or
Explorer and also define a version number. That helped me to get some
Flash-capable sites to send me to the appropriate page instead of shuffling
me off to the HTML only site.

I'm looking forward to a fully functional iCab!
