FLASH: Flash to gif

I am going to redo my Flash entrance page. I don't want it to be flash, 

but I want to create the layout in flash. I like the gradients. 


What are the export limitations, e.g., if I want to make simple rollovers 

for menu items... will they/can they be exported from Flash tell targets 

to a Sliced,  animated javascript rollovers automatically?
