I totally agree with you Michael - The Eircom site could benefit hugely from the use of Flash. I'm sure eventually the message will get through to your boss - but probably only after someone like ESAT start using it - and from a look at their site - that won't be soon!!! If I were you I'd print off a copy of the Macromedia White paper on Flash 4 "Flash Player
for Developers and Publishers". Maybe the facts and figures might convince him.
