Oops, sorry Deb--I got a little trigger-happy with the last response.
Sounds like you were looking for a way to edit QuickTime movies or
import them into Flash. The only thing I can say on that is if you
import QuickTime to Flash, you have to export as QuickTime (Flash can't
play QTs). Someone mentioned CoolEdit for editing sound--I'm not sure
if it would convert QuickTime to another format that could be imported
to Flash (eg, wav), but you might want to look into that... Or get
something that's already a wav file to start with.
