Color cannot be changed by ActionScript (unlike position, scaling, 

transparency). So you'd need to create a series of instances with color 

effects applied to each. You could put these all in a movie clip with 

labeled frames, then use a variable to determine which of those labeled 

frames should be TellTargeted.
