FLASH: Tell Target problems...

Still working on a flash-game... I still have problems with my countdown 

clip.... I would like the countdown clip to do the following actions as it 

comes to an end:...

Tell Target "Game"....to stop...

Tell Target "Game Over"...to play...

and....to stop himself....of course:-)....

I've tried this multiple times....placing a frame action at the end of the 

Clip....but it happears not to work :-)...

Am I on the right track?....and if so, could somebody explain me why it 

doesn't work??....
