Here's one way to navigate to these resources:

1) Go to the Shockwave Download Center:
http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/

2) Click the "Create content" link in the top menu.

3) In the section that says "Get Shockwave and Flash Player buttons" click
the link that says "Linking to macromedia.com".

This will bring you to the source page, which includes info on "Button
Usage Guidelines":
