well I went to Microsoft, it looks like the WINDOWS MEDIA TOOLS for Win95 page is

missing.

You could try the following, got microsoft, click on downloads. Select product

(Windows Media Technologies) for operating system try Win98. It will then take you

to the correct page. But I'm not sure if it will work with Win95.
