FLASH: new to Flash

Hi 


I'm new to using Flash, is there any books that guide me from the start,

I'm a quick learner once I get the hang of it.. Is there any books

out there that is good?


I have the full version of Flash 3, with the lesson and help, but I find

them hard to follow..
