I am not sure exactly what you are trying to do...

If you want the button in the UP state to be animated at all times, create
a movie clip of the animation and insert it into the UP state of a button.

If you are wanting a rollover effect where the button animates when the
mouse moves over it, you can create a movie clip and put it in the OVER
state.


If this doesn't help, perhaps a little more info about what you want to do
will help :)
