Well Mark, you probably know what my advice would be. Bitmaps
(depending on how large it is). First of all, it's spinning so you
can get away with a lot less detail. Secondly I think a clip of just
a few images would do it. I think flash would process the flipping
bitmap frames faster than trying to manipulate all those vector
objects. I would use a clip of a real tornado. There's lots of them
around I would think. Remember that Julie character on my site? She
a galaxy spining (morphing) into a human. Similar.
