I believe you are asking for a shape tween.  First I would

suggest going through the tutorials that are packaged with Flash.

Go to the help menu and you can find them there.  After that, you

will have to import your picture, break it apart(under the modify

menu) and shape tween it to the text of the person's name.  Like

I said though, I'd suggest going through all of the packaged

tutorials first.
