Movie plays slower in a browser than in player - Why?

I have a 64k movie that plays much slower in a browser than in the

player.


I put it into a page using Golive. I open it up from my computer with

netscape 4.7 and not on the server and it is substantially slower. The

frame rate is 20 fps.


Any thoughts on this?


is it go live?


is it the 20 fps??
