Because it's not worth anything (you can't resell it) I don't believe there

are any taxes, or at least there wouldn't be any in this state.


I don't really want to get into your business, but since this whole

discussion started here I will pose one suggestion.  Wouldn't it be a wise

networking move to give the copies to a fellow designer/friend who doesn't

have them and needs them.  Then your not reselling the copies, the gift tax

is still 0 (it's not worth anything), and you look REALLY good to someone

who might need it.

Yes i could sell the one i had bought, but i purchased it online

just the upgrade..Not the full version i won..I think i will mail it back

to MM as to avoid any taxes.Then they can give it away again..
