Subject: FLASH: Automating the Installation of the Flash Plugin
From: john duffy

Hi everyone. Having a big problem. I have put a flash movie on a
webapage within the company intranet, however some of the users dont
have the flash plugin. I know there is a command in the embed script
that will automatically bring up a dialog box for the installation of
flash. However my boss wants me to automate this process and have
the installation run in the background without users seeing the screen
(as knowing our users, they would be totally confused at what the
screen is, and prob cancel the installation!). Is there anyway at
all that this process can be automated??

Hope someone can help,
thanks in advance.

john.
