FLASH: Flash problems with IE4.5 on Mac

Is there anywhere a list of all the known problems with running Flash on

a Mac with IE 4.5?  I remember references to several problems--GetURL,

Javascript, FS Commands, movies in frames--but wondered if there is a

place where they're all listed, with (dare I ask?) work-arounds for

those problems that do have work-arounds.  Or is IE 4.5 something that

people just don't worry about a whole lot when designing a flash site? 

How many Mac users use it?
