FLASH: Flash and VIdeo

Hello,

Could someone please let me know if this flash site was done

incorporating video?

If so has anyone done anything similar? How would you

achieve this effect..by importing the clip through Director?? Then

Flash?

What other program would allow you to import a clip with flash?

Does generator have this capability?

I would greatly appreciate any tips or tutorials.
