Here's a real simple 2 frame preloader . . . should help to understand the
concept:

**Frame 1**
If Frame Is Loaded (200)
Go to and Play (3)
End Frame Loaded

**Frame 2**
Go to and Play (1)

**Frame 3**
This is where your movie starts

How does the If Frame is loaded action work? Does it need to be in a loop
that keeps looking for that action to be true? Or can it be called once and
the code executes when the frame that is being called is loaded?
