This is only true for the ENTERPRISE edition.  The DEVELOPERS edition will

only create swf's on the fly for machines that have generator installed.

It's basically useless if you actually want to create swf's on the fly to go

over the web.


The documentation is not correct on this.  Check with MM (we did).
