Sorry, although I can help with some UltraDev questions, I'm not an expert
in it, and have particular difficulty pulling questions from descriptions.

The macromedia.ultradev newsgroup and its spinoffs are clearly the best
resource here. It sounds to me like what you're trying to do is regularly
done in UltraDev 1.0, and is one of the prime automated features in
UltraDev 4.0, but I'd have to defer to people who work databases each day
to make sure this is the correct visualization from the description, sorry.

(On a further hunch, I'd guess you may have done some particular
master/detail implementation and are not pulling the expected content on
the detail page... for others to help on that you might want to test the
implementation in a simpler page first. Just on a hunch I'd wonder whether
there was a reserved term used as a name in your page... that could nullify
a SQL query, but this hunch is based more on posting patterns from others
than from anything I know about your work, sorry.)
