Yeah, it's protected which there are offline browser
that will enter the password you type in to view the
site, but the problem I'm finding is all the redirects
between servers that we do, then frames, then dynamic
pages, etc.

My guess is I'll need to do the walkthrough and save
results as I go then build the framesets, etc by hand.
UGH!

Perhaps this is a great idea for a software package -
heck, I know a number of corporations that would buy
this if someone like a sales person could click
through their own site (or any other) and have it
save/mirror the pages in a workable fashion to their
local drive.... rather paying someone like me the big
bucks to put it together for them.

Any programmers in the house willing to take on this
project with me? :)
