FLASH: text editor for clients

Does anyone know the name of the product that advertises itself as a easy

text editor for flash text based files that developers can sell to

their clients. So Clients can update textbased content on their site without

having to get the developer go back in to change it.

I saw it somewhere on the net but cant seem to find it again. Please help!
