Subject: FLASH: Dealing with big sound files and some other stuff
From: David Gilden

Hello out there,

I just getting started here and have some questions...

I am working on a Flash4 file that has a 4 minute sound file, how should
I handle this. Should the sound file be in separate MC, and set to
streaming? What about preloading say the first 30secs?

Using Load movie,
Should use protect from import in the
Main movie, and the nested movies as well?

Are these loaded movies basicly movie clips that live out side the main
movie file?

I recently brought in some art work (imported) they were Adobe
Dimensions save in Illustrator format. They were imported in to my
library as graphic symbols, the next time I did these they showed up as
bitmaps, not what I want! Any clues what is wrong here?

Thanks!
Dave
