and then follow the links to strategy/languages

Its also worth considering if your client has the resources to answer
enquiries/emails in those languages.

And on the design front according to http://www.wholetree.com different
ethnic groups have different preferences in Web site layout. For example, in
general the Japanese do not like site maps and Chinese do not like frames
(The Industry Standard)
