Now ... I thought that as well but I have just had a meeting with a new

client who is "amazed" how much info visitors to their existing site are

prepared to tell them via the form on their existing site, including email

address, full postal address and even phone number !  Maybe some bright

spark has done some research ??

.......which brings us quite neatly back to where we started :)
