if it is a .com, org or .net then go to WIPO. main site www.wipo.org
specific Net dispute stuff at:
http://arbiter.wipo.int/domains/index.html

it costs under $1,000 per domain...

also, for .uk stuff, then the folks at Nominet over at www.nic.uk also have
their own dispute policy.

Subject: UKNM: Claiming 'squatted' Domain Names

Hi there

I have had some problems with cybersquatters on domain names that our
company should own. Yesterday, I read in 'Metro' that several companies had
managed to apply for immediate retrieval of domain names through a special
regulatory body. Sure enough, in my infinite wisdom, I threw away the copy
and can no longer remember how the process works.

Can anyone enlighten me as to how I can claim these domains back through
this process and where to start! All help would be much appreciated.

Kind regards

John B
