UKNM: RE: Online Recruitment - Business Strategy Games

Hello List and a merry one to you all.  Another question?  I read recently

- I think in Revolution that L'oreal had created a 'business strategy game'

online to deal with online recruitment.  This seemed to be a game which,

dependent upon the aptitude, disqualified 'applicants' as they played the

game.  Objective of honing down online applications to excellent

candidates.  That's the theory.  I followed the link and it failed, and ive

since tried their site but can't find the game.  Does anyone know of any

other examples of this type of thing and which sites to check out.  And who

sets this stuff up?
