Last time I spoke to Freeserve they said they were looking to become a
membe of ISPA.
Also, Internet Technology Group aka Global Internet are members and
indeed its CEO is chairman of ISPA.
Don't forget BT is also a member!
It has a mixture of both small players and also larger ones.
