Swati ,We have 2 years experience here of NetGavity /Doubleclick and I would

suggest that like a  large majority of tech companies they offer an

excellent capability but  are led by sales and technology rather then

customer service.


Here's a tip , ensure the contract covers " adequate support " otherwise you

and any problems will be left to enjoy each others company .
