just make sure that when the site claims to offer the best deals and such

like, that the siyte actually delivers that promise.  I noticed with some

travel sites when it cmes to hotel bookings it is often cheaper to call up

the hotel chain direct and get a better deal even though the site claims to

offer best deals.


also useful to build up a good relationship with the customer, when they

come back from their break, fire off an e-mail to them asking for their

constructive comments.  Just deliver a good service and make it reliable and

you'll find people will like it...but above all, make it WORK!
