Hi Iann,

I was actually suggesting usability (being how it's me job an all). And yep
most sites out there aren't designed, they're thrown together (with maybe a
visual person making it look pretty). I'll avoid any plugs for the fact that
Scient has a customer experience innovation centre that works from the start
of each and every project to ensure the site has the highest quality of user
focused design which is integrated closely with the business consulting and
technical process to ensure a site the works on all levels :)

Hope fully see a few folks at the design for usability conference.
